EXCLUSIVE: Rescue: Hi-Surf has cast actress and social media personality Olivia Culpo in the post Super Bowl episode airing Feb. 10.
In the episode, life will intimate art as Culpo tries to capture content after a literal minefield is discovered on the ocean floor.
The move to cast Culpo in the John Wells drama is part of Fox’s extensive Super Bowl LIX coverage. This year marks the first time Fox Sports is telecasting the game live on Tubi in 4K.
As part of the coverage, Culpo will host a first-of-its-kind, live pre-show titled the Tubi Red Carpet at Super Bowl LIX. It starts at 3:30pm ET, and is set to cover the “celebrity, fashion and culture behind America’s biggest sports event live from Caesars Superdome.”
Culpo can most recently be seen in the Yale Productions film Clawfoot opposite Francesca Eastwood and Milo Gibson. She can be seen in Venus as a Boy opposite Ty Hodges and stars in The Swing of Things with Luke Wilson, Chord Overstreet, Adelaide Kane, John Lovitz, and Oliver Coope. The former Miss Universe is repped by CAA, Teall Management and Carroll Guido Groffman Cohen Bar & Karalian, LLP.
Rescue: HI-Surf, which airs at 9 p.m. ET on Mondays, follows the personal and professional lives of the heavy-water lifeguards who patrol and protect the North Shore of O’ahu. The series stars Robbie Magasiva (Wentworth, Bad Behaviour), Arielle Kebbel (The Vampire Diaries, John Tucker Must Die), Adam Demos (Sex / Life, UnReal), Kekoa Kekumano (The White Lotus, Aquaman), Alex Aiono (Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin, Doogie Kameāloha M.D), and Zoe Cipres (Roswell, New Mexico).
