Amazon MGM Studios/Imagine Entertainment’s Luca Guadagnino thriller, After the Hunt, is going limited on Oct. 10 with a nationwide break on Oct. 17.
Pi, which centers around a college professor (Julia Roberts) whose colleague (Andrew Garfield) is accused by a notable student (Ayo Edebiri). Guadagnino regular Michael Stuhlbarg and Chloë Sevigny also star. Don’t be shocked if this one makes a premiere during the fall film festival troika. On Oct. 17, After the Hunt will face off with Universal/Blumhouse’s The Black Phone 2 and Lionsgate’s Aziz Ansari-directed comedy Good Fortune with Keanu Reeves, Seth Rogen and Keke Palmer.
Screenplay is by Nora Garrett. Producers are Guadagnino, Brian Grazer, Jeb Brody and Allan Mandelbaum.
